Abbi Hepworth is the Owner and Managing Principal of AMH Design, where she leads the interiors team with bold creative vision and Type-A execution. She oversees every project from initial concept through 3D renderings and construction documentation, partnering closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Design has been in her DNA since age seven, when she began sketching elevations alongside her grandmother, an interior designer who first sparked her love for the built environment. Abbi earned her Bachelor of Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from the University of Idaho and holds her NCIDQ certification.
Outside of the studio, Abbi’s greatest joy is quality time with her boys. She’s a sports-for-all-seasons kind of girl (ski, golf, repeat), and a fashion and travel enthusiast who fully embraces her occasional “blonde moments” as part of her personal brand. She thrives on running both sides of her brain—big creative ideas paired with disciplined follow-through—building a life and business rooted in energy, heart, and intention.

Rooted in the firm's commitment to timeless, client-focused design, she approaches each project as a story to tell—one shaped by the client's vision and the mood each space is intended to evoke. From early design concepts through immersive 3D presentations, finish selections, and construction documents, she ensures the finished space doesn't just look beautiful, but genuinely resonates. A graduate of Iowa State University's interior design program, she earned her NCIDQ certification in 2024 and is currently pursuing her LEED accreditation.
Abigayl's love for anything that carries character and soul extends well beyond the studio—vintage finds, storied neighborhoods, a meal that took all day to make. She has explored over 12 countries, and spent four months studying architecture and design in Italy, where her love for culture and history really took shape. She stays grounded through yoga, creative outlets, and time outdoors with her rescue dog, Rylee.

With seven years of experience in corporate accounting, she brings a strong strategic and operational mindset to financial planning while also supporting managing principal responsibilities, marketing initiatives, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps complex projects moving smoothly. Known for her calm, detail-oriented approach, Shauna thrives in the intersection of process, collaboration.
Based in Spokane, Washington, she frequently travels to the Boise office and is often hands-on during on-site installs, ensuring that planning translates seamlessly into execution. Outside of work, Shauna enjoys Pilates and spending quality time with her family—interests that reflect the balance, discipline, and intention she brings to both her professional and personal life.

Outside the office, you can find her exploring new coffee shops, working through a puzzle, camping, or spending time with her husband and their Springer Spaniel, Mildred.

Ginny joined AMH in January 2025 as an Office Assistant, providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of AMH's interior design office. In this role, she plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operations through effective communication, task coordination and maintaining an organized, professional environment. Ginny has the ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities with ease.
Drawn to AMH by the opportunity to explore her creative side and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, design-focused workplace, she brings a thoughtful and enthusiastic presence to the team. Currently pursuing another bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, she’s expanding her skills and deepening her understanding of the field she’s passionate about. Outside of work, Ginny enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, painting, and floral arranging.
