We align procurement with the approved design intent and budget goals, then develop a clear procurement plan within our purchasing system. Our team sources and documents all specified furniture, finishes, fabrics, window treatments, artwork, accessories, plants, and related items, while coordinating quotes, pricing reviews, budgets, and purchase orders. We also oversee receiving and installation support, including warehouse coordination, PO tracking, on-site installation coordination, and punch list walk-throughs to confirm everything is delivered and installed correctly.
