Bellara, spanning 191,842 square feet, is home to 157 units of assisted living and memory care units. The mid-century modern aesthetic — with its clean lines, vibrant colors, and timeless appeal — not only elevates the interior spaces but also resonates with the dynamic energy of Hayward. Bellara’s 18,821 SF of thoughtfully designed common amenity space includes a large 2nd level courtyard, salon, theater, fitness center, activity room, large double height lobby, bistro area, and lounge area. As a design firm, we believe in creating environments that not only meet the needs of the residents but also celebrate the essence of the local community — as reflected in our design of Bellara.
