The Bob is our multi-family project in the heart of Richland, Washington. Comprising 192 units across five residential buildings and an on-grade parking lot, this project seamlessly integrates into the landscape of Richland. Our design ethos focuses on a simple contemporary modern aesthetic, embodying the spirit of the Pacific Northwest through the use of muted earth tones. As residents step into the pool area, spa, BBQ zones, fire pit lounge, fitness center, leasing office, multipurpose room, and outdoor yards, they will experience a cohesive design with sleek lines and warm hues to connect them to the surrounding environment. The dog run, an outdoor space for our four-legged residents, highlights the project’s commitment to providing a comfortable and modern living experience. This multi-family haven in Richland, WA celebrates the simplicity of contemporary design along with the rich, natural colors of the Pacific Northwest.
