Communal spaces will amplify the living experience, including a clubhouse, community room, package room, fitness and yoga facilities, bicycle storage, and outdoor courtyard. Tailored for residents with incomes ranging from 80% to 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI), this development prioritizes affordability without compromising quality. Our design style for this project is contemporary modern interiors inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s natural palette to harmonize urban living with natural beauty.
